Smile Connections Family Dental is a general family dentistry office located in Gallatin, TN that opened in December 2017. The practice offers the latest technology and state-of-the-art design, providing personalized dental care for all ages. Dr. Phillip Ezell and his team are committed to establishing lasting relationships based on trust and open communication while making dental health a top priority.

Dr. Ezell and his wife Jamie moved to Gallatin in late 2012. Dr. Ezell has many fond memories visiting Gallatin with his grandparents while growing up in East Nashville. He and his wife have 3 kids (Kaitlyn, Karlee, and Dallas) who attend schools in Gallatin. Dr. Ezell opened the practice in December 2017 and stays up to date on the latest dental procedures through continuing education. He is a member of the ADA.

Dr. Bush brings additional expertise to the Smile Connections team, expanding the practice's capacity to serve Gallatin families without the need for outside referrals.
